Call the Literacy Council at (705) 494-9416 and make an appointment. You will then meet with the Student-Tutor coordinator who will help assess your:

• Goals
• Academic skills and needs
• Interests
• Learning styles
• Learning difficulties

Evening appointments are available.

During your meeting an individual training plan will be developed. Learners are then matched with a one-to-one trained tutor or placed in the Small Group Instruction program to begin their literacy and numeracy upgrading. Referrals are made to other Literacy Service Providers where appropriate.
